Health starts with food; youth are taught how to read food labels, cook simple healthy meals, shop, and other tips and strategies for improved overall well-being. 

Healthy relationships, setting boundaries, including addressing problems like drug, alcohol and premature sexual activity.

Healthy habits include nutrition and regular physical activity for improved health outcomes.
