Skill Spark, a flagship program of the Aspire Youth Development Center, offers a dynamic and all-encompassing curriculum that equips students with a broad spectrum of practical skills. Designed to pave the way for employment, apprenticeship opportunities, and entrepreneurship, this initiative goes beyond traditional education, encompassing a diverse range of disciplines including tie and dye, carpentry, shoe making, painting, sewing, car cleaning, house cleaning, hairdressing, make-up artistry, shoemaking, musical instruments, and more.
money smart
MoneySmart promotes financial inclusion, offers vital financial education, and connects young individuals with opportunities for improved livelihoods.
Participants engage in interactive workshops facilitated by industry experts.
Learn essential financial skills such as budgeting, saving, investing, and responsible financial management. They explore a range of financial products and services tailored for youth.

STUDENTS' SUMMITS
We support under-served high school students as they get ready for college.
We hold career conversations with underserved students in Secondary Schools, those just graduating and seeking admission to colleges, and those in their early years in college through our Student Summit.
We have observed a huge gap in career guidance for underserved youth, and this stage of life is a great opportunity to provide them with career guidance and connection to various resources and opportunities for college readiness, temporary work placement, internship, career preparation, volunteering, scholarships and more.

Our leadership development program covers various leadership and personal development topics including goal setting, decision making, self-responsibility, resilience, and many more. We talk about taking the lead, starting now.

education for students in low income communities
We believe in the power of Primary Education. And while we await the resuscitation of the public school system in Nigeria, we are working to provide quality education to a few children from low-income communities.
We have partnered with Talent Mine Academy Nigeria to provide a 12-year fully funded education to our first two select children effective the First Term of 2021. And we hope to do more in the coming years. These students have never been to school before and we believe this intervention will provide long time benefits to them and their communities.
